B. When ordering, especially if you are not providing a Purchase Order, please provide the following:

1. Purchase Order Number
2. School information to include:
     School Name
     Complete Addresses for Shipping and Billing (if different)
3. Name of Teacher placing the order
4. Contact information, ie phone number
5. Date books are needed
6. Book information, to include:
    Title
    Author
    ISBN number if known
    Quantity of each title

Shipping: We will gladly provide an maximum shipping estimate for your shipment which we will not exceed. We charge only the actual amount Fedex Ground or UPS charges us for your shipment

If shipping is not provided by us, use as a rule of thumb, 5% of your retail total (minimum of $5).
